FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user terminal and to a radio communication method in mobile communication systems of the next generation. The communication terminal contains a receiving section made with the possibility of receiving a downlink control channel and a control section made with the possibility of controlling the detection of possible placements of the downlink control channel. The control section is made with the possibility, when the downlink control channel is configured in a set of symbols, of controlling the detection of possible placements of the downlink control channel distributed in single-symbol elements and possible placements of the downlink control channel distributed over the set of symbols.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the possibility of implementation of communication in radio communication system of the next generation, supporting numerology, providing the possibility of flexible configuration of processing time in the terminal due to providing the possibility of control of the moment of the beginning of the transmission of the physical uplink common channel, which is defined by the moment of the ending of the reception of the physical downlink control channel and additional information based on received downlink information of control and/or upper level signaling.
