SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a group of inventions comprising a test system for analysing the functional activity of the anti-PD-1 antibody or the anti-PD-L1 antibody (embodiments), kit containing said test system, using a test system for analysing functional activity of the anti-PD-1 antibody or the anti-PD-L1 antibody, using a kit for analysing the functional activity of the anti-PD-1 antibody or the anti-PD-L1 antibody, a method for analysing the functional activity of the anti-PD-1 antibody or the anti-PD-L1 antibody. Method for determining functional activity of an anti-PD-1 antibody or an anti-PD-L1 antibody. In one embodiment, the test system comprises effector reporter cells having on their surface a functional CD3 complex, PD-1 and containing a reporter gene under the control of a CD3-dependent promoter, target cells representing on their surface PD-L1, an activator of the CD3-dependent signalling cascade, where the activator of the CD3-dependent signalling cascade is a bispecific antibody capable of binding to the CD3 complex.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of means for analysing the functional activity of the anti-PD-1 antibody or the anti-PD-L1 antibody.
