SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the system for automatic legal decision making comprises a system for intelligent recognition of documents, including a processing module, which performs a request to form a legal solution, obtaining at least one document associated with said request, an entity extraction module which enables to detect at least one entity relating to the request of the legal decision in the document, and its extraction from a document using a machine learning algorithm, an automated decision making system which enables legal analysis of said at least one extracted entity using a set of rules generated using the object-oriented language, generation of a legal solution based on the legal analysis of said extracted entities of said at least one document.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing automated verification of documents for making a legal decision based on the incoming request.
