FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to determine uplink operating data and uplink transmission permission indicator. Size of working data for uplink transmissions of non-scheduled control information may vary and may be dynamically determined. User equipment (UE) may determine the size of the operating data or may select the size of the operating data from the set of predetermined sizes. Base station can independently determine identical size of operating data, or it can detect the blind working data size after reception of uplink transmission (UL). Alternatively, the base station may indicate the size of the operating data for the UE. Additionally, UL transmission permissions issued for UE may receive one of several forms (e.g. different formats of a downlink control indicator), and transmission grant characteristics can indicate information relative to resources assigned by transmission permission, including location of resources between different transmission capabilities or whether transmission permission is intended for several subframes.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in throughput capacity for network devices.
