FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication networks, specifically to autonomous transmission of uplink control information. For this purpose, in autonomous transmission of uplink control information (UCI) together with data transmission in autonomous uplink (AUL), carried out by wireless device, converting UCI to frequency-time resources of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and transmitting PUSCH to UCI when transmitting over an uplink. At that, UCI and AUL-data transfer are multiplexed so that UCI is converted according to one of following: from symbol 1 to symbol 12 of subframe; and from symbol 7 to subframe symbol 12, and AUL transmission is nondispatchable transmission.

EFFECT: enabling the wireless device to transmit uplink control information (UCI) autonomously in the licensed auxiliary frequency band (LAA) access, MulteFire or unlicensed NR-(NR-U) access is efficient and productive with increased reception success and improved sharing with other unlicensed wireless devices.
