SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and plastic surgery. Hydro-segregation and preliminary marking of the incision area with a sterile marker are performed. Perichondrosal incision is made, which starts from the right in a projection of the lateral part of the lower lateral cartilage, with indentation of 0.8 cm from the edge. Incision is continued to the columella of the nose, moving closer to the edge, not reaching 0.5 cm of the wing transition area of the nose to columella. Further, the incision is continued through a skin fold of the columella behind the medial pedicles of the lower lateral cartilages, cutting through it, not reaching 0.3 cm of the vestibule. Left incision is performed in the same way; a cartilage strip of width not less than 0.5 cm is kept in a vertical dimension. That is followed by subperichondrial dissection of the cephalic portion of the lower lateral wing cartilages and their removal. That is followed by septoplasty and correction of osteochondral frame. Separate interrupted sutures are applied on the wound with an absorbable suture material - Tisorb suture and a fixative dressing.

EFFECT: method allows higher quality of treatment, reduced length of rehabilitation, avoided external incisions, reduced risk of blood loss.
