FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cooled post-mixer completely using components inside the system. System comprises a housing having a top wall, a bottom wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a rear wall and a front door comprising: a first compartment, containing water bath, ice reserve, coil unit and first coil of evaporator, second compartment containing concentrate source, ice bin, second coil of evaporator and evaporator fan, and third compartment, containing a carbonizer pump, a carbonizer tank, a compressor, a condenser coil and a condenser fan; cooling system located completely inside the housing to reduce temperature in the first and second compartments, cooling system comprising a first coil of an evaporator, a second coil of an evaporator, an evaporator fan, a compressor, a coil of a capacitor and a fan of a capacitor; and the beverage dispensing nozzle, wherein water from the water bath is supplied to the second coil of the evaporator, wherein the coil unit comprises a water pipeline, a gassy water pipeline and a concentrate pipeline, and wherein concentrate pipeline is hydraulically connected to concentrate source and beverage dispensing nozzle.
EFFECT: technical result is continuous cooling of beverage concentrates inside its containers.
