SUBSTANCE: method envisages storage of at least one acid concentrate in the container for acid storage, storage of at least one acid-decomposable component in the container for components storage and mixing at least one acid concentrate from the container for acid storage and at least one acid-decomposable component from the container for components storage so that at least one acid concentrate and at least one acid-decomposable component are mixed to produce a composition. The method for delivery of the beverage selected from multiple selectable beverages envisages separate storage of a series of beverage component concentrates (no sweetener included) in a corresponding number of containers for the beverage components storage and automatic distribution of any combination of at least two from the number of beverage component concentrates (neither a sweetener or a dilutant included) in response to the selected beverage selection, the distribution ratio constantly preset for any beverage volume being dispensed.
EFFECT: invention ensures the produced beverages quality improvement, their variety and the composition freshness preservation.
