FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical hepatology. Endoscopic partial papillosphincterotomy is performed. Nasobiliary drain tube (NDT) is placed. It involves remote shock-wave lithotripsy with fragmentation of coarse stone into fragments with size of less than 15 mm. A large-ball dilatation is performed with exposure of the dilated balloon to 6 minutes. Fragments of broken stone are extracted.
EFFECT: method enables higher clinical effectiveness ensured by simulating a wide canal in the distal portion of the common bile duct and subsequent complete removal of coarse stone fragments; prevent duodeno-biliary reflux and recurrent stone formation in ductus hepaticocholedochus by performing organ-preserving partial papillosphincterotomy.
