METHOD OF TREATING CHOLEDOCHOLITHIASIS COMPLICATED WITH SYNDROME OF OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B17/00

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Standard metal conductor is set in the lumen of the bile ducts under x-ray control to perform bougienage channel to 8 Fr. Introducer, which diameter is 10 Fr, is set in lumen of equity flow. Through the port of introducer one sets angiographic catheter in a lumen of duodenum through large duodenal papilla. Catheter is removed and through the conductor of lunderquist in area of big duodenal papilla one sets a dilator cylinder with diameter of 10 mm and length 40 mm. Gradually, during 5 minutes pressure of 4 ATM to 10-12 ATM with pitch equal to 2 ATM is created in the bulb. After reaching preset pressure, after 15-minute exposition balloon is removed. One does a lithotripsy through the port of introducer in a lumen of bile ducts. With the help of dormia basket concrements are brought down into a lumen of duodenum 12. Through the Lunderquist conductor one sets Dawson-Mueller drainage in the lumen of the common bile, through which control cholangiography is done during 3 days.

EFFECT: method allows to increase effectiveness of treatment in patients with choledocholithiasis, complicated with syndrome of obstructive jaundice due to reducing intraoperative injuries, with removing a concretion through duodenum.
