SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, surgery. With choledocholithiasis, after partial papillotomy, temporary stenting of the main pancreatic and common bile ducts is performed. Size of concrements are determined. Before cannulation of the mouth of the OBD, atypical papillotomy is performed with needle papillotomy in the cutting regime. When the size of the calculus is up to 9 mm, dissect the mucous and submucosal layers by 4-5 mm and install a stent with a diameter of 2.3 mm. Stent is removed after 4-5 days and perform lithoextraction. When the size of the calculus is up to 9 mm, dissect the mucous and submucosal layers by 6-7 mm and install a stent with a diameter of 2.8 mm. After 4-5 days, mechanical lithotripsy is performed through the formed channel. Pancreatic stent is removed. Biliary stent is established for 2-4 weeks. Control endosonography is performed after 2-3 months.

EFFECT: methods increase the effectiveness of treatment of choledocholithiasis by reducing the traumatism and the risk of developing early and late postoperative complications, while preserving the contractile function of the sphincter of Oddy in the long-term postoperative period, prolonged sanation of choledochus to 2-4 weeks.
