FIELD: devices for processing of materials.
SUBSTANCE: movable material processing head comprises a support base and a plurality of mounting tool assemblies mounted on the outer surface of the support base. Each mounting unit has a support surface and a mounting surface for the tool, which intersects with the support surface. Support surface has ledge extending from it and spaced from mounting surface for tool, to limit gap for receiving tool between protrusion and mounting surface for tool. In one of the mounting blocks, one of the plurality of tools is retained. Each tool has a support part and a processing part extending from the support part. Support part is tightly seated in gap for receiving tool of corresponding one of mounting blocks between mounting surface for tool and ledge and abuts to mounting surface for tool, and processing part extends after projection. Support part of each tool has a rear surface adjoining the mounting surface for the tool of the corresponding one of the mounting blocks. Mounting surface for tool is concave, and rear surface of support part is convex. Method for attaching tool for processing material to mounting unit fixed on movable head, includes steps, on which the tool is densely placed on the mounting block between the mounting surface of the mounting unit and the projection of the mounting unit, spaced from the mounting surface, by means of abutment of convex rear surface of tool to mounting surface having concave shape, and tool is attached to assembly unit. Tool for processing material comprises tool for processing material, having support part and processing part extending from support part. Support part has convex rear surface. On the outer surface of the support base there is a mounting unit for the tool, having a supporting surface and a concave mounting surface for the tool, crossing with support surface. Support surface has ledge extending from it and spaced from mounting surface for tool, to limit the gap for receiving the tool between the protrusion and the mounting surface for the tool. Tool support part is tightly fitted in tool gap between the tool mounting surface and the protrusion with the convex back surface thrust into the concave mounting surface for the tool. Machining part of tool passes after projection.
EFFECT: reliable attachment of tool for material processing.
