FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for milling. Cutting tool comprises rotary or stationary body with lengthwise axis, front end and peripheral surface extending backwards from front end, at least one pin-receiving channel on body front end, and at least one seat on body peripheral surface. Aforesaid seat has attachment hole communicated with said pin-receiving channel and comprises attachment and adjustment channels. Cutting tool with attachment hole is arranged in, at least, one seat. Pin with first and second attachment threaded channels is fitted in appropriate channel. Cutting tool is coupled with body by attachment bolt with first attachment part interacting with first attachment channel of pin. Adjustment bolt with second attachment part interacts with second attachment channel of pin to adjoin the cutting tool. Invention covers also tool attachment system and cutting tool assembly procedure.
EFFECT: higher durability, longer life.
