FIELD: cable production.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of prestressed reinforcement intended for reinforcement of span structures of transport facilities and other concrete articles. Reinforcement rope contains central wire. Six entwined wires are twisted around spirally. Outside there is a polymer coating covering the whole outer surface of the rope and filling each slot between the central and two entwined wires. At that, on the central wire surface six slots are spirally spaced through equal gaps. There are six entwined wires arranged in them. Radius of curvature of the grooves in the transverse direction is equal to the radius of curvature of the entwined wires sections located in them. Slot period is equal to the rope twist pitch. Minimum distance between adjacent entwined wires surfaces in any cross-section is not less than 0.25 mm. Polymer coating covering the whole outer surface of the rope is integral with each of the coating elements, filling the groove between the central and two entwined wires.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of operation of reinforcement rope due to higher adhesion with concrete, higher corrosion resistance and endurance.
