FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: cable comprises a central wire and winding wires of the inner layer arranged around it along the spiral and winding wires of the outer layer, each having a section of surface being a part of the cable outer surface. The distance between surfaces of wound wires of the outer layer makes at least half of their radial size of cross section. On surface sections of adjacent wires facing each other there are uninterrupted spiral faces arranged, and the surface section of each wound wire of the outer later being a part of the outer surface of the cable has at least one pressed part uninterrupted along the entire length of the specified wires. Also the method is presented to manufacture such cable, including stages, when wires of round cross section are made, wires are wound using a twinning machine with a rotating rotor, plastic pressing of the wound cable is carried out by deformation of wound wires in a gauge roller, rotating relative to the cable axis, the pressed cable is exposed to thermomechanical treatment.
EFFECT: increased endurance of a cable, with simultaneous provision of high adhesion with concrete in longitudinal direction and in screwing direction.
