FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: portable electric coagulator comprises an energy source and an applicator. DC source is characterized by maximum current of 1 mA and voltage from 0.8 to 12 kV. Applicator comprises a disposable grounding electrode to connect the patient to the electric coagulator. Output power of spark discharge between working electrode and skin surface of patient is output power of direct current in range from 0.3 to 4.0 W.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of focusing of direct-current spark discharge without damaging the healthy tissue surrounding the treated area.
