FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Method includes impact on tissue. Impact is performed with electric discharge between electrode and tissue surface. Impact is performed by means of needle electrode by burning till gaseous products are formed. Distance between electrode and biological tissue surface constitutes from 0.01 to 30 mm, value of discharge voltage constitutes from 20 to 3000 V and frequency is from 1 to 2000000 sec-1.
EFFECT: method ensures ablation of biological tissues with various nature of pathology without injuring underlying or adjacent tissues and without formation of cicatrices or scars.
