SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing light water. Method of obtaining light water with removal of impurities is that a container with water is installed in refrigerator compartment with temperature set therein corresponding to freezing temperature of heavy water, freezing of which is determined by the presence of ice, which is removed, after which light water is poured into another container with subsequent installation into the freezer chamber of the refrigerator until its freezing, followed by separation and removal of 1/3 internal fractions containing impurities to obtain purified water, wherein in the water container a volumetric perforated device with increased heat conductivity is installed, and prior to installation of water into freezing chamber into second container current-conducting device is installed, and the refrigerator freezer temperature is set corresponding to the light water freezing point value of not lower than -2 degrees with subsequent temporary temperature reduction, wherein after freezing of water, removal of impurities-containing fractions is carried out by heating current-conducting device by supplying voltage thereto.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in light water productivity.
