SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and may be used for preparation of melt water. Proposed vessel comprises container 1 with a wall 2, bottom 3 and outlet 4 with neck 5 whereon cap 6 with central hole is screwed. Said container 1 accommodates barrel 9 with wall 11, bottom 10 and hole 12 made in said wall all over its length, as well as tube 14 with holes 15 aligned with said holes 12 in turn inside said barrel. Said tube seats also in central through hole 8 of cover 7 to extend therefrom. Outlet of tube 14 is stopped by plug 17.
