FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in farms for thermal treatment and disinfection of secondary raw materials of animal origin. Microwave apparatus with a magnetron resonator for thermal treatment of secondary raw materials of animal origin comprises: in vertically arranged non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing coaxially located non-ferromagnetic sieve cylindrical resonator, inside which fluoroplastic electrically driven screw without housing with extreme non-ferromagnetic screws is coaxially installed, with screw pitch of not more than one wave penetration depth and screw diameter less than diameter of non-ferromagnetic sieve cylindrical resonator, wherein on the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve resonator upper base there is a non-ferromagnetic loading container with a gate, and above the open segment of the lower base of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve resonator a non-ferromagnetic receiving capacity is installed, wherein in annular space between non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing and non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve resonator uniformly along perimeter non-ferromagnetic perforated cells of magnetron resonator with corona-forming knife ribs on inner semi-cylindrical surfaces, wherein each non-ferromagnetic perforated cell of the magnetron resonator is presented in the form of a semi-cylinder, side surface of which is covered with uviol glass, which is part of generatrix of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve resonator, wherein into each non-ferromagnetic perforated cell of the magnetron resonator an emitter is directed through the waveguide from the air-cooled magnetron, arranged with shift of 60 degrees along the perimeter of the surface of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing uniformly along the height, wherein in non-ferromagnetic perforated cells of the magnetron resonator there coaxially installed are tubular electric gas-discharge lamps supplied from sources of kilohertz frequency.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to remove smell during thermal treatment and disinfection of secondary raw materials of animal origin for preservation of fodder value in conditions of farms.
