FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for unfreezing bovine colostrum in farming enterprises without use of water heaters. The ultra high frequency unit is assembled from three hexagonal prismatic resonators arranged in tiers. A container without a base is installed above the slot of the first tier resonator for receiving frozen raw materials, wherein ribbed rollers rotated by an electric drive are located inside for grinding frozen raw materials. Dissectors rotated by an electric drive are located near the emitters from the corresponding magnetrons of ultra high frequency generators, providing a uniform impact of an ultra high frequency electromagnetic field on the frozen raw materials in a continuous mode.

EFFECT: hexagonal prismatic resonators with dissectors ensure continuity of the technological process of unfreezing ground bovine colostrum during uniform heating with regulated dose of impact of an ultra high frequency electromagnetic field.
