FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Composition includes a combination of sterile, purified from toxins filtrate phagolysates bacteria with lytic activity of not less than 109 PFU/ml by agar-layer technique in relation to most frequently extracted from surface of cooled fish strains of bacteria. Composition contains: phage lysate filtrate Aeromonas veronii, obtained using a strain of bacteriophage Aeromonas phage Ave1, deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of Pathogenic and Vaccines Strains of Microorganisms-Agents of Infectious Animal Diseases of K. I. Scriabin and Ya. R. Kovalenko All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of the Russian Academy of Science under number BF-1359; a phagolysate filtrate Brothothrix thermosilica obtained using a strain of the bacteriophage Brochothrix phage Brother1 deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of Pathogenic and Vaccines Strains of Microorganisms-Agents of Infectious Animal Diseases of K. I. Scriabin and Ya. R. Kovalenko All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of the Russian Academy of Science under number BF-1360; phagolysate filtrate Buttiauxella gaviniae obtained using bacteriophage strain Buttiauxella phage Buga1, deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of Pathogenic and Vaccines Strains of Microorganisms-Agents of Infectious Animal Diseases of K. I. Scriabin and Ya. R. Kovalenko All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of the Russian Academy of Science under number BF-1361; phlegolysate filtrate Pseudomonas fluorescens obtained using a strain of bacteriophage Pseudomonas fluorescens Pf 1, deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms and Cell Cultures of the State Scientific Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology under number Ph-132; phagolysate filtrate Aeromonas hydrophila, obtained using a bacteriophage strain of Aeromonas hydrophila Ah 1, deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms and Cell Cultures of the State Scientific Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology under number Ph-129; phagolysate filtrate Raoultella ornithinolytica, obtained using Raoultella ornithinolytica R.o. 1 bacteriophage strain, deposited in State Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms and Cell Cultures of State Research Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology under number Ph-128; phagolysate filtrate Listeria monocytogenes obtained using a strain of bacteriophage Listeria monocytogenes Lm 1, deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms and Cell Cultures of State Research Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology under number Ph-133. Disclosed are also corresponding strains of bacteriophages and nucleic acid molecules corresponding to the genome of said bacteriophages.
EFFECT: presented is a phage-mediated bioprocessing method for prolonging shelf life of cooled fish and reducing the risk of infections and an antibacterial composition for implementing the method.
