Disclosed are also corresponding strains of bacteriophages and nucleic acid molecules corresponding to the genome of said bacteriophages.

EFFECT: presented is a phage-mediated bioprocessing method for prolonging shelf life of cooled fish and reducing the risk of infections and an antibacterial composition for implementing the method.
