SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for selecting channels of applicator apparatus for contact radiation therapy comprises a front face panel for attachment of flexible ampoule with applicators, rotary disc for alignment of selected channel with rigid ampoule and step motor. Front face panel is rigidly mounted on bearing platform and is aligned with axis of rotation of step motor. At frontal of the face panel at one distance along the radius with the selected angular pitch there are holes for connection of flexible ampoule wires with applicators and a rotating disk located on the rotation axis of the electric motor behind the front face panel. On the disc there is a hole at the same radial distance as on the fixed front panel. Centre of hole during rotation coincides with centres of holes of channels for attachment of applicators. To the hole on the rotating disk there connected is a rigid ampullar line, the end of which is aligned with the axis of rotation and movably fixed through the collet with the radial bearing on the bearing platform of the device. On the rotary disc there are holes arranged at one radial distance with an angular pitch corresponding to the angular pitch of holes on the front face panel for fixation of the selected channel by means of a solenoid.

EFFECT: providing a reliable and easy-to-manufacture structure for moving a radiation source into ampoule leads with applicators for intracavitary gamma-ray therapy and returning it to the storage as per the session of irradiation.
