FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely hygiene with human ecology, and can be used to simulate non-developing pregnancy in rats under experimental conditions. Rat is exposed to electric current of power 40 Wt for 5 minutes. One performs daily priming with clean substance of pesticides in dose of 1/50 part of LD50 with water. Records are scanned every day for 30 minutes with screeching of rats beaten and sound which scares away rats. Every day for 10 hours immobilization is carried out in cells with height of 6 cm. One meal is daily fed with white bread with deficiency of mineral substances and vitamins in high humidity conditions. On 10–16th day of pregnancy, ultrasound is applied in range of 3 MHz for 20 minutes. Experiment lasts for 180 days.

EFFECT: method provides adequate, physiologic, effective, capable of repeated implementation of a model of miscarriage ensured by a complex of unfavorable factors affecting females of fertile age.
