FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to oncology. Rats are daily orally administered an aqueous solution of sodium nitrite and γ-HCH in dose of 1/50 of the LD50 dose. For 12 hours, immobilization is carried out in cells with height of 6 cm. Rats are exposed to electric current of 40 W for 6 minutes 2 times a week. Alcohol solution of 3,4-benz(a)pyrene is added to drinking water in dose of 1/50 of the LD50 dose. Experiment lasts for 125 days.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a tumour process in tissues under the effect of environmental and hygienic factors, provides a list and numerical values of the level of the effect of unfavourable factors affecting the oncological process, which enables to develop methods for reducing and preventing the effect of unfavourable risk factors of malignant tumours.
