FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obtaining of protein hydrolysate from vegetable and animal raw material. Method of obtaining fodder protein hydrolysate includes mixing of crushed fish products or wastes of their processing with water yeast substrate in ratio 1:1-1:10 in fermenter, adding seaweeds and heating to temperature 35-50°C with continuous mixing. Into obtained mass added are enzymes in amount 0.4 g per 1 kg of mixture of crushed fish products or wastes of their processing and water yeast substrate. Fermentation is carried out during 30-40 minutes with continuous mixing at temperature 35-50°C. Obtained hydrolysate is pasteurised heating to temperature 90-95°C during 15-20 minutes or is subjected to drying to 12-15% humidity. As enzymes, mixture of multizim and protosubtilin enzymes or mixture of multizym and amylosubtilin enzymes is used. Seaweeds are added in amount 0.2 - 20 g of dry powder per 1 kg of mixture of crushed fish products or wastes of their processing and water yeast substrate.

EFFECT: method realisation allows to obtain fodder protein hydrolysate balanced in chemical composition and nutrients, with high digestibility, increasing quality of final fodder product and profitability of agricultural enterprises.
