HAEMOSTATIC DEVICE AND HAEMOSTATIC METHOD Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B17/132 A61B17/135

Abstract RU 2733046 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to haemostatic device and haemostatic method, which is used for haemostasis implementation by means of compression of patient's puncture point. Haemostatic device comprises a closing portion and a clamping portion. Closing part is located so that to close the place, where bleeding is subject to stopping on the patient's hand. Clamping portion compresses the place where bleeding is to be stopped, in a state where the closing portion closes the spot where bleeding is to be stopped. Closing part comprises a fixing part and a limiting part. Fixing part surrounds at least part of hand, closing the clamping part. Limiting part limits movement of fastening part in axial direction. Fastening part comprises belt part and retaining part. Tape portion wraps around place where bleeding is to be stopped on hand. Retaining portion attaches the tape portion in a state where the tape portion is wrapped around the hand periphery. Limiting part is fixed on the tape part after passing through the part between the thumb of the hand and the index finger of the hand, in a state when the tape part is wrapped around the periphery of the hand. Limiting part has the first end part fixed on the tape part, and the second end part opposite to the first end part and capable to free detachable mutual connection to the tape part. In state, when second end part is mutually connected with tape part, pressing part is located on side of thumb base from second end part of limiting part. In a second embodiment, the haemostatic device comprises a closure portion and a clamping portion. Closing part comprises a fixing part and a limiting part. Fastening part is located between adjacent fingers. Haemostatic method of performing haemostasis in a puncture site formed on the side of a radial artery of a patient's palmar artery involves: providing a haemostatic device comprising a closing portion for closing a place where bleeding is to be stopped, which is present on the hand of the patient, and pressing part, which compresses the place, where bleeding is subject to stop, in state, when closing part closes place, where bleeding is to be stopped, wherein the closing portion comprises a fixing portion and a limiting portion, where the fixing portion consists of a belt portion having opposite ends and a retaining portion, and the limiting part has one end fixed relative to the tape part, and projects away from the tape part to the free end of the limiting part; placing a closing portion around a point where bleeding is to be stopped; placing the clamping part in a point where bleeding is to be stopped, by wrapping the tape portion of the fixing portion around at least a portion of the hand periphery such that the tape portion closes the clamping portion, the tape portion fastening in a state, wherein band part is wrapped around at least part of hand periphery by releasable engagement of retaining parts of tape part with each other, placing part of limiting part between thumb and index finger on hand and releasable fixation of part of limiting part on belt part to limit movement of expanded pressing part in axial direction so that clamping part overlaps puncture site, while medical elongated body is located at puncture point; securing the closing part on the hand so as to compress the puncture point by the clamping part; and removing the medical elongated body from the puncture site, while maintaining the compression force applied at the puncture point by the clamping portion.

EFFECT: use of the inventions enables performing haemostasis by compressing the puncture point on the patient's hand and preventing narrowing of the finger movement range or preventing mismatch when the haemostatic device is worn on the hand.
