FIELD: furniture production.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to connector for tight connection between first and second furniture panels and other furniture components. Connector arranged between shelf and ledge of furniture item and other furniture components, for tight connection between said shelf and said ledge located perpendicular to each other, wherein said connector is equipped with at least one fastening element for attachment to said flange and includes a number of connecting and locking parts for connection and tight fixation of said flange and said ledge to each other, wherein said flange is parallel to the floor (P), and wherein said parts lie on one plane (A), which is parallel to the floor (P) and is spaced a certain distance from said flange and perpendicular to said flange, wherein said connecting and locking parts of said connector are completely or at least partially located in housing or at least partially connected to said housing and serve for connection between each other and tight fixation of said flange and said ledge, wherein said housing is located under said flange, and activation of said connecting and locking parts is performed from the front of connector.
EFFECT: this enables to create a relatively concealed connector, which, in addition to minimum visibility on the side of the viewer, is easily accessible even from free area between lower part and floor at location of furniture item.
