Radial protective respiratory mask containing filtering element for filtration of inhaled and exhaled air, edging of filtering material, device for fixing the protective respiratory mask to the face of the user is characterized by that in order to multiple increase in the effective filtration area of the protective respiratory mask, filtering element in which consists of corrugated folds of filter material in radial direction along closed horizontal projection of protective respiratory mask with conical generatrix, with number of corrugated folds, their height and distance between them, providing multiple increase of effective useful filtration area, and the edge of the corrugated folds of the filter material is made of an elastic compound, providing sealing between the corrugated folds both between each other and with the face of the user adjacent to the protective respiratory mask.
