SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of articles from polymer composite materials (PCM) used in various industries, in particular, for local amplification of high-load places of attachment of force lattice structures (FLS) of spacecraft (SC). One of three versions of frame amplification unit FLS from PCM is used. According to the first version, the frame reinforcement assembly consists of a pad and counter pads fastened to the frame by glue and fasteners. U-shaped profile pad repeating the outer profile of the frame is installed on a frame from the side of the matching with the matched structure. Counter pad represents a plate, it is installed on a frame with the side opposite to the pad. Holes in the pad and the counter pad for connection to each other are located beyond the boundaries of the frame. Plane of matching pad with matched structure is subjected to machining. In the pad, frame, counter pad, through holes are made for matching with the matched structure. In the second version there is an additional pad with elements for matching with the matched structure, it is installed on the frame from the side opposite to the pad, through holes are made in it. Set of washers is installed between the pad and the counter pad, their machining points are machined. According to the third version, the frame amplification assembly constructively repeats the first version, there is no counter pad. In the pad and the frame a through hole is made.

EFFECT: invention ensures the integrity of the frame under action of loads from fasteners, simplicity of the assembly process with the possibility of dismantling without damage to the frame, minimum increase in the dimensions and weight of the FLS.
