METHOD FOR FORMING THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODEL OF PATIENT'S CHEST SURFACE OF 360 DEGREES WITH SYSTEM OF ECG ELECTRODES APPLIED ALONG WHOLE CIRCUMFERENCE OF PATIENT'S CHEST IN NON-INVASIVE ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL CARDIAC MAPPING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2733470 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology and functional diagnostics, and can be used in a diagnostic procedure of non-invasive electrophysiological cardiac mapping. Method for forming three-dimensional patient's chest surface 360 degrees with ECG electrode system, applied along the entire circumference of the patient's chest in non-invasive electrophysiological cardiac mapping is characterized by using a three-dimensional photo-scanning apparatus; wherein three-dimensional photo-scanning of patient's chest surface with ECG electrodes from above; and then performing a three-dimensional photo-scanning of patient's thorax with ECG electrodes from below through material transparent for three-dimensional photo scanning; after which a three-dimensional model of the patient's chest surface of 360 degrees with an electrocardiogram system of electrodes applied along the entire circumference of the patient's chest, patient's chest surface with ECG electrodes from above and three-dimensional skin photo scanning of the patient with electrocardiographic electrodes from below through transparent for three-dimensional photo scanning material are formed on the basis of optical and geometric characteristics of the material.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of accuracy of results of three-dimensional computer modeling, achievement of simplicity and availability of formation of three-dimensional model of patient's chest surface of 360 degrees with system of electrocardiogram electrodes, applied along whole circumference of patient's chest, and reducing time and cost of non-invasive electrophysiological mapping of patient's heart.
