SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating and preventing hyperkyphosis. That is ensured by massage and therapeutic exercises that fix result and form correct muscular memory. Treatment is carried out in 3 stages. At the first stage myofascial release and massage are performed, including stroking, rubbing with stretching and displacement of tissues in different directions, kneading and working with fasciae and muscles of back and anterior body part and spinal distraction. At the second stage, a manual therapy is performed restoring the correct location of the bones of the thoracic spine in the sagittal plane. At the third stage, therapeutic gymnastics is performed, which involves tapping fingers of long back muscles and correcting with a direct back position, performed several times a day with total duration of 6 minutes.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the postoperative and hyperkyphosis treatment results with obtaining complete deformation correction, and stopping the disease progression, and forming the correct posture.
