FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the inverter device. Disclosed is successive multicell inverter device (1), in which inverter cells (2) with single-phase output (U1-U6, V1-V6, W1-W6), each of which receives alternating current supply through transformer (Tr), are connected in series in multistep manner in each phase to form corresponding U-phase, V-phase and W-phase, wherein the ends of successive connections of corresponding phases are connected to each other at neutral point (N). Current detectors (CCS) are located in conductors (3) leading from inverter cells (U1, V1, W1) of the first stage to neutral point (N), accordingly. Neutral point (N) is connected through resistor (R) to ground. Correspondingly, potential of conductors (3) is low, so that current detectors (CCS) are low-voltage.
EFFECT: technical result of disclosed invention consists in reduction of dimensions of serial multi-cell inverter device.
