FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil-producing industry. Method of development of a deposit of high-viscosity oil and/or bitumen by method of cyclic action on a formation includes drilling of a horizontal well, pumping of heat carrier for warming up of the formation and further extraction of products from the well. Prior to drilling of horizontal well, appraisal wells are drilled for delineation of oil-saturated deposit and evaluation of potential of industrial development of deposit. Deposit is tested, and during the oil inflow the oil samples are analyzed, physicochemical analysis is carried out, the oil viscosity is determined in reservoir conditions. Prior to pumping of heat carrier solvent is pumped, which is a mixture of hydrocarbons of limit aliphatic and aromatic rows, which is determined by formula where V is volume of pumped solvent, m3; K=1.2–2.4, dimensionless coefficient selected depending on oil viscosity in reservoir conditions; π is mathematical constant equal to 3.14; d is diameter of horizontal filter part of the well, m; L is horizontal well part length, m. Solvent is squeezed and the well is left for process exposure for reaction of the entire volume of the solvent for not less than 4 days. After process holding heat carrier is pumped during 70–180 days. As a heat carrier there is injected a steam-gas mixture containing, wt%: steam 40–60; carbon dioxide 5–15; nitrogen 35–55; oxygen 0.5 and less.

EFFECT: increasing development efficiency of high-viscosity oil and / or bitumen deposit, increasing oil recovery factor with simultaneous reduction of operating costs for production and injection of steam.
