FIELD: methods of mining.

SUBSTANCE: embodiments of open-underground method of development of stratified deposits of minerals are designed for development of both separate and formation of coal beds of any working power with falling from 5 degrees and higher. Preparatory and cleaning works using mechanized complexes are performed by underground method, wherein outlets of each bed at level of ventilation horizon are opened with split trench, bottom of which at formation outlet is shaped for operation of self-propelled headframe. In the first embodiment, the self-propelled rotor moves along double-track tracks, one of which is laid along a horizontal platform adjacent to the bed surface, and the other one - along a horizontal platform, which adjoins the roof of the stratum along its entire length along the strike. Headframe consists of two platforms with running gear, intermediate frame with two mechanized flaps for opening and closing of mounting window and fan with ventilation pipe, under-seat platform with pulleys and units with mounting window and mechanized flaps installed on struts with struts, fixed on platforms. In the second embodiment, self-propelled headframe consists of one platform with running gear traveling along rail track located on horizontal platform adjoining formation soil along its entire length along strike, and rigidly connected to platform of cantilever frame, which covers output of formation on normal from soil to roof at level of ventilation horizon, at that free side of cantilever frame along length is equipped with safety shield and two support hydraulic jacks. On the platforms there are mounting winches and all auxiliary equipment, including operator and maintenance personnel premises, which provides carrying out of the split-type furnace from top to bottom along the well drilled from below with coal lowering to the main transport horizon; installation and commissioning of a cleaned mechanized complex; mechanized extraction of coal by long pillars along the strike along the lava-floor system with automatic control system. Panel is located in the operator's room. At the end of all preparatory works the headframe skin is made. Cleaning underground works are carried out simultaneously with open works on formation opening with a split trench, but with advance at distance ensuring safety of these works. Scope of works includes fixation of roof rocks, and, if necessary, soil of the formation, with long cable anchors, which are installed below the level of soil areas and roof of the stratum along its entire length along the strike. Fixation dimension by fall of formation is determined by mining-geological characteristics of enclosing rocks. Conducting backfilling or laying of mined space after extraction of coal by empty rock or by collapse of containing rocks and further backfilling of split trench with rock mass and soil to level of ground surface, restoration of previously disturbed landscape.

EFFECT: use of method enables to reduce labour intensity of erection and dismantling works; cleaning works are performed without presence of people (deserted technology), labor efficiency increases by 5–10 times, prime cost of extraction of a mineral decreases, safety of work is increased.
