FIELD: paint industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of powder for coating parts by powder coating. Coating application plant and cyclone (5) are provided in powder coating unit for coating parts by powder coating. Coating cabin (3) is connected through the residual powder pipeline (4) to cyclone (5). In cyclone (5) outlet circuit (5) there is submersible pipe (23), in which guide apparatus (50) is located. Guide device (50) has blades (51), which are made so that air vortex (28) falling on blades (51) can be at least partially deflected into air-vortex air flow (30). In cyclone (5) inlet channel (5.1) a fan-shaped guide vane (14) is provided.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power consumption of plant, in particular electric power consumption to provide suction air for cyclone, as well as fast change of paint without color transfer and shorter time for cleaning of plant.
