SUBSTANCE: ice drill comprises control element to be connected to cutting blade of ice drill to adjust cutting parameters of cutting blade.
EFFECT: adjustment of cutting blade inclination angle allows selecting ice cutting efficiency by ice drill; limitation of cutting blade cutting-in allows to influence cutting depth of cutting blade into ice; limitation of penetration may facilitate use of ice drill bit; at simultaneous use of inclination angle adjustment and restriction of inflow, it is possible to produce ice drill, which drills ice smoothly but efficiently, in any conditions.
