FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric welding and can be used in devices for excitation and stabilization of welding arc. Device comprises a filter having a first capacitor, and an oscillator comprising a pulse generator and a series transformer, primary winding of which is connected to pulse generator, and first secondary winding is made with possibility of connection between one of welding rectifier leads and welding torch, wherein first filter capacitor is made with possibility of connection between leads of welding rectifier. Besides, the series transformer is equipped with the second secondary winding connected in-phase with the first secondary winding, and filter is equipped with second capacitor connected by one terminal and inductive element with possibility of connection to other of welding rectifier terminals, wherein the other terminal of the inductive element is connected to the second terminal of the second capacitor via the second secondary winding with possibility of being connected to the welded part.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves reliability of excitation and stabilization of arc burning at any welding currents.
