FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of inorganic materials - oxides and composite oxides of metals in the form of powders, ceramics and coatings. Described is a method of producing composite oxide materials, characterized in that the starting substances are soluble thermally unstable metal salts contained in the complex oxide, in proportions corresponding to composition of composite oxide, soluble organic component, obtaining a combined solution thereof, removing solvent from solution and performing thermal action on composition, to reduce the sintering temperature and/or to increase shrinkage, the composition of the solution is selected such that in the process of thermal action on the composition, electric charges are generated, density of which corresponds to potential difference between composition and earth of 100 and more volts, or for increasing sintering temperature and/or reducing shrinkage, composition is selected such that charges are generated, density of which corresponds to potential difference between composition and ground of less than 100 volts. A joint solution of soluble thermally unstable salts and a soluble organic component are deposited on the carrier surface, where the solvent is removed from the solution and the composition is burnt.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of method for obtaining complex oxide materials with controlled sintering temperature and shrinkage.
