FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of complex metal oxides for electronic and UHF engineering, photonics, power engineering, for producing magnetic and magnetoresistive compositions, high-temperature superconductors, as aircraft coatings, strengthening additives to building and structural materials. The method for producing complex metal oxides is characterised by the fact that soluble thermally unstable salts of metals included in the complex oxide are taken as initial substances in proportions corresponding to the composition of the complex oxide, as well as a soluble organic component, a combined solution thereof is produced, the solvent is removed from the solution, and the composition is subjected to a thermal effect, in order to reduce the sintering temperature and/or increase the shrinkage, the composition of the solution is selected so as to generate electric charges during the thermal effect on the composition, the density whereof corresponds to the potential difference between the composition and the ground of 100 volts or more, or in order to increase the sintering temperature and/or reduce the shrinkage, the composition is selected so as to generate charges, the density whereof corresponds to the potential difference between the composition and the ground of less than 100 volts, wherein in order to increase the density of electric charges, the thermal effect on the composition is exerted in an external electromagnetic field, the predominant direction of local lines of force whereof in the area of space where the composition is located, for the magnetic component, forms an angle other than 90 degrees with the surface of the composition, and for the electric component, forms an angle other than 0 degrees, the intensity of the electromagnetic field exceeds the value of the natural electromagnetic field, and in order to reduce the density of electric charges, the thermal effect on the composition is exerted in the absence of an external electromagnetic field.
EFFECT: simplified process of producing complex metal oxides with adjustable sintering temperature and shrinkage.
