FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: aqueous salt solution which is easily thermally decomposable is mixed with a water-soluble non-ionic polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol with molecular mass ranging from 15000 to 100000 or polyvinyl pyrrolidone with molecular mass ranging from 25000 to 360000. The obtained polymer-salt solution is deposited onto a substrate and dried. The formed film is separated from the substrate and burnt with flame initiation. The size of particles of the obtained complex oxide depends on molecular mass of the initial polymer. The invention enables production of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 crystals with particle size from 40 to 70 nm and YBa2Cu3O7-δ crystals with particle size from 0.5 to 10 mcm.
EFFECT: high output of end product.
