SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rotary internal combustion engines. Essence of invention consists in that rotary-blade internal combustion engine includes rotor with two blades in the form of segments with cylindrical radial surface of rectangular shape in axial section, cylindrical housing with two separating segments and ignition plugs, end covers with channels and flammable mixture inlet and outlet valves. Cam, end mechanisms for operation of valves. Electromechanical starter, as well as pre-start starter with driven output shaft and conical parasitic gear to convert multidirectional rotation of flywheels in unidirectional. According to the invention, two through channels for liquid cooling of the rotor are formed in the motor casing, in the rotor blades, as well as in the rotor shaft.
EFFECT: technical result consists in higher engine efficiency.
