FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument-making in the field of flow measurement by electromagnetic method and can be used for measurement of flow of electroconductive liquids at high pressures, for example, during construction of oil and gas wells, for pumping process fluids at high pressure, from 400 atm and higher. Electromagnetic flowmeter has a cylindrical metal housing, an insulating lining in the measuring cavity, floating electrodes connected to the flexible conductors are installed on the insulating lining. Floating electrodes are located in case cross-section diametrically opposite, in horizontal plane. Insulating lining is made of polymer material, flexible conductors are located in thickness of insulating lining. In insulating bushings installed in holes of metal housing there are conductors connected to flexible conductors.

EFFECT: improving reliability of a flow meter at high pressure of a flowing liquid under conditions of cyclic loads.
