FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, namely, to finned pipes ribs surface cleaning surfaces from lubricant-coolant, oils and mechanical admixtures. Finned tubes cleaning plant comprises in-series located intake trough-distributor 1 installed to washing chamber 2 with three holes on the end face, the first metal dampener 3, flushing chamber 4 and the second metal dome 5 installed and fixed on steel frame 6. Receiving chute-distributor 1 is equipped with three spraying tubes located relative to each other at angle of 120° and interconnected with three holes on end of washing chamber with possibility of arrangement of spraying tubes inside washing chamber 2 over its entire length. Spray tubes have holes at angle of 90° to axis of washing chamber 2, allowing uniform spraying of washing liquid. At the beginning of washing chamber 2 there is gasket 7, and in the end - rubber ring 8 with shutter 9. Inside washing chamber 2 it is equipped with serially installed two dashpots from textolite 10, 10', metal dashper 10'' and another dummy from textolite 10'''. Flushing chamber 4 is divided by baffle 11 into two sections, first section 12 of flushing chamber 4 in upper part is equipped with sprayer 13, second section 14 of flushing chamber 4 is equipped with air supply tube 15. First and second sections of flushing chamber 4 are equipped with dashboard locators 16, 16', ends of washing chamber 2 and flushing chamber 4 are fixed with steel welded rings 17, 17'. In lower part of washing 2 and flushing 4 chambers there are nozzles for drainage of liquid 18, 19 in vessel with washing 20 and flushing 21 liquids respectively, located under steel frame 6 and rigidly fixed on antivibrating supports 22.

EFFECT: proposed plant allows improving quality of finned pipes cleaning due to increased efficiency of cleaning process, excluding vibration and beating, as well as excluding damage of pipe outer surface and change of ribbing ribs geometry.
