FIELD: controllers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controllers for fluid process systems and to controllers comprising membrane units having a built-in pressure release mechanism. Membrane for control regulator comprises upper layer, middle layer and lower layer. Membrane contains a locally weakened region formed by an opening in the middle layer coated with an upper layer and a lower layer, and which forms a pressure release mechanism.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of control regulator, as well as membrane unit for this control regulator, in which pressure is released, if pressure exceeds maximum specified value.
