SUBSTANCE: control unit allowing to convert "abnormally closed" control to "abnormally open" one and vice verse, without any need to modify or reconfigure its housing. Control contains control component, central bar; at that, at least some part of central bar is located inside control component, and spring located between the first support and the second support of spring. The control contains control unit, housing of actuator and valve body specifying the fluid medium channel. Control component is installed with possibility of sliding in actuator housing and can be moved relative to valve body to control fluid medium flow through the above channel. Spring and its supports are located about central bar; at that, spring strives to push up the control component to the specified position relative to the control housing.
