FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: system includes an optical tracking device designed to determine the location and orientation of a user or device relative to surrounding objects based on stereo image in visible and infrared ranges, inertial tracking device, intended for determination of user or device orientation in space relative to initial orientation, local tracking device, intended for determination of dynamic location of user or device in limited space by reading information from sensors, located in preset locations of real space, satellite tracking device, designed to determine location of user or device in open space, robotic tacheometer intended for high-accuracy determination of static or slowly varying position of user or device in limited or open space, unit for collecting and processing data from devices, where location and orientation of user or device is calculated.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of determination of location and orientation of user or device.
