SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dispenser for dispensing a filter component, in particular to a dispenser for dispensing a filter component for a smoking article. Dispensing device comprises housing (2) forming outlet hole (5), and rod (3) at least partially located inside housing. Rod comprises first end (301) and is movable between retracted position, in which first end of rod is completely located inside housing, and an extended position, in which the first end of the rod is located outside the housing. When the rod moves between the retracted position and the extended position, first end (301) of the rod passes through outlet hole (5). Dispensing device comprises a loading zone intended for holding only one filter component when the rod is in a retracted position and located between the outlet opening and the first end of the rod when the rod is in the retracted position.

EFFECT: dispenser is proposed.
