SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in wireless communication systems. To this end, systems and methods for efficient signaling of a hybrid automatic repeat request (ACK HARQ) for uplink data transmission are disclosed. In some versions of the method of the ACK HARQ feedback signaling for uplink data transmission, sent from a wireless device to a radio network node, comprises acquiring ACK HARQ feedback for transmitting uplink data, encoding obtained ACK HARQ feedback in an unused bit combination of a certain field in a downlink control channel and transmitting the downlink control channel to the wireless device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing energy saving of wireless device using feedback in form of positive ACK HARQ without increasing the downlink control signal static overhead load and without reducing coverage for the downlink control information.
