FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. Described are methods and associated radio network nodes and user equipment for signal indication in wireless communication networks. Method comprises steps of (and respectively configuring associated radio network nodes and user equipment): receiving a downlink transmission from a radio network node, wherein downlink transmission has at least one characteristic; selecting one signal from two or more signals for uplink transmission to a radio network node, wherein the signal is selected based at least in part on said at least one downlink transmission characteristic; and transmitting transmission on an uplink to a radio network node using the selected signal.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of communication.
